Ways to Pay

There are multiple ways to pay for your order - #1 online (credit card or Paypal) or #2 offline (e-Transfer, money order, cashiers cheque, company cheque, personal cheque).


#1 Ordering Online

Our payment system makes it easy to add and delete items while providing 128 bit encryption security and buyer protection:

You may checkout without having to log into Paypal. Payments on the website can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Once you've completed your order you can submit it through our 100% secured shopping function, created to ensure your peace of mind. Ordering with a credit card gives an extra layer or security that debit or cash can never give.

The security offered though our website and our secure payment transaction system includes the following security features: Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Security Code (CSC, CVV2) checks, and transaction screening.

#2 Ordering Offline

On the website you can pay by either Credit Card or Paypal. Off the website you may pay by e-Transfer through your bank/credit union (more information below). You may also pay offline by Money Order from Canada Post or other institution, Cashiers ChequeCompany Cheque and Personal Cheque.

To calculate amount to send, please add (+) together the items you're ordering and times (x) by 1.05 to add GST, shipping is free. Please send Money Order or Cheque along with a note including item/s ordered and the full mailing address where you wish your order to be sent to. Orders are usually shipped next business day.

e-Transfer is a newer service offered by most large banks and credit unions with over 250 participating financial institutions (read more). How to send an e-Transfer:

  1. Please send the eTransfer using online banking or calling your financial institution
  2. To calculate amount to send, please add (+) together the items you're ordering and times (x) by 1.05 to add GST, shipping is free
  3. When setting up the eTransfer with your financial institution, please provide this email: info@shopgifts.ca
  4. When setting up eTransfer with your financial institution, you'll be providing them with a password
  5. After you have initiated your eTransfer, please email us with:
    • The eTransfer password
    • Your full mailing address
    • List of items your ordered
  6. We will reply and accept the eTransfer within 24 hours. Orders are usually shipped next business day.

100% Canadian, No duties

All orders are shipped out of our Alberta, Canada warehouse. You will never have to worry about additional customs or brokerage fees when ordering within Canada.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 5% (GST) is added to all sales made within Canada. There is no sales tax with International orders.
